No. Voyager has no trial or free version of any kind, so a licence is what gives you access. Book a demo instead and we will walk you through a real project end-to-end, so you can see exactly what you are buying before you subscribe.

Everything the application does, for one named person. Unlimited artworks and projects, a custom gallery model built for you, the photoreal Staged Room, floor-plan and elevation exports, and shareable virtual tours. Hosting is included, not billed separately. Generating 3D models with AI is the one thing that runs on a company token balance, so it needs an account that belongs to a company.

Two ways, depending on size. A small team can take one user licence per person on a single company account, and we set your company’s user limit to match, so a team of six stays a team of six. For a whole organisation there is the Enterprise licence, which covers everyone on one licence, with shared collections and project collaboration, and 100 tokens for generating 3D models with AI. Either way we agree the number of users with you and can raise it when you need more. Enterprise is priced on your size and locations, so book a demo or talk to us and we will quote for you.

As many as you agree with us. Every company on Voyager has a user limit, and we set it when your licence starts: on user licences it matches the number of licences you hold, and on an Enterprise licence it is set comfortably above the people you expect to have, so nobody meets it in normal use. Your own administrators add, remove and reassign people up to that number, and we can raise it when you need more. The limit is there so that nobody inside your organisation can add users you have not agreed to.

Two-factor authentication is available to every user, and it can be enforced across a whole company so that everyone has it, whatever their own setting. Sign-in can also be restricted to your approved IP addresses and email domains, so an account outside them cannot log in at all. Within a company, your own administrators control which galleries and collections each person can open. Tell us what your IT team requires and we will set it up with you.

Yes. Both licences are billed monthly or annually, and you can start monthly and convert to an annual licence whenever you like — the change takes effect from your next billing date.

Yes, at any time, with one month’s notice. Your access runs to the end of that month, and if you have paid in advance for longer than that, we refund the unused part.

Tokens are only spent when someone generates a 3D model with AI, using the Captures feature — one model, one token — and nothing else in Voyager uses them. The balance belongs to your company rather than to individual users, so everyone in it draws on the same one, and a new company is issued 100 to start with. That is also what AI generation needs: an account that belongs to a company. If you run out, extra tokens are £5 each.

None at all. If you can drag an image onto a wall, you can build an exhibition in Voyager. Most curators are placing their first works within minutes.
